Worker at Heights Level 1

Work activities are always carried out with permanent or partial support of the lower limbs. At the completion of the training, workers will have knowledge of all general skills and requirements needed to safely perform work at heights and above free depths such as: reaching the workplace and taking up a working position; definition of the workplace; retention systems; positioning; fall prevention; fall arrest systems; adequate evacuation techniques; conventional rescue techniques; and first aid.

 

Target Group Technicians; executives; health and safety inspectors; craftsmen (eg: fitters, repairers, roofers, tinsmiths, carpenters, chimney sweepers, electricians, electrical engineers, welders, construction workers, etc.); energy workers; railway operators and others.
Prerequisites Appropriate health.
